✈️ Fixed Departure – Slot Holding
You can secure and hold your slot with a token amount of just ₹10,000 per person.
This allows you to confirm your participation in the selected fixed departure while securing your seats in advance. The remaining balance can be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.
Limited slots available — early confirmation is recommended to avoid last-minute availability issues.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT TERMS: At the time of Booking you must pay 50% of the total Land Package Amount + Full Flights Cost. Booking advance amount on the holding of tour components Balance amount or Full and Final Payment must be made 1 month prior to the Departure.
Important : Hotel rooms are subject to availability, In case of sold outs, alternative same category options will be provided.
Cancellation Policy: Booking Amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour package. Cancellation requests be given in writing/ mail only.
- Prior to 46 or more days of tour departure
- Rs 25,000 + Special Component like Visa / Cruise / AirTicket once booked are Non Refundable
- Between 45 to 15 days of tour departure
- 75% of tour package cost + Special Component like Visa /Cruise / Air Ticket once booked are Non Refundable
- Between 15 days of tour departure
- 100% of tour package cost
- If the client is NO SHOW(failing to avail tour package)
- 100% of tour package cost
